Mark Gay, Group Chief Operating Officer
Mark Gay brings over 25 years of experience in media consultancy, with a career dedicated to client success and innovation. As one of the pioneers of Ebiquity’s Global Client Partner program, Mark has consistently delivered value for the company’s largest clients, developing connected solutions that leverage Ebiquity’s expertise across media management, measurement, advanced analytics, and tech advisory. His long-standing client relationships and strategic vision have been vital to Ebiquity’s growth.
In his new role as Group Chief Operating Officer, Mark will focus on embedding client-centricity across the organization. He will work to enhance operational efficiency, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure that every initiative aligns with delivering exceptional client experiences. By eliminating inefficiencies and maximizing talent potential, Mark aims to unlock value for both clients and the business.

With over 20 years of experience in media leadership, Michelle Morgado has established a reputation for innovation and delivering exceptional results. Her contributions include spearheading Ebiquity’s Streaming TV solution, a key offering that has enhanced the company’s ability to help clients navigate the rapidly changing media environment. Michelle’s deep understanding of the industry and ability to build high-performing teams have been pivotal in shaping Ebiquity’s success in the UK and Ireland.
In her expanded role, Michelle will drive strategic growth, oversee client engagement, and strengthen Ebiquity’s position in these critical markets. Her leadership will focus on empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from their media investments.

Peter Hanford is a seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in the digital media ecosystem. Throughout his career, he has worked with global advertisers such as Expedia, Uber, Disney, and Mars, delivering impactful outcomes and building strong client relationships. His expertise in leveraging innovation and insights has made him a driving force in winning high-profile projects and supporting brands in a dynamic media landscape.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Peter will lead Ebiquity’s growth strategy by optimizing sales performance, marketing demand generation, and commercial initiatives across the group. Working closely with regional leaders and the solutions team, Peter aims to ensure the company exceeds revenue and EBIT goals while delivering superior value to clients.

With nearly two decades of experience supporting senior leaders, Candice Grant has been instrumental in enhancing organizational efficiency and driving operational excellence at Ebiquity. Her expertise in stakeholder management and process improvement has streamlined executive operations and created value for the leadership team. Her innovative approach and collaborative mindset have been key in shaping a forward-thinking executive operations function.
In her new role as Head of Executive Operations, Candice will lead a team dedicated to optimizing workflows, driving key initiatives, and bridging strategy with execution. By harnessing technology and fostering cross-functional alignment, she will ensure the seamless execution of priorities and enhance productivity across the executive team.
