Luigi Mazzoleni sat down with Emma Crichton-Miller at Apollo to discuss Lucio Fontana’s revolutionary Spatialist movement and how his work, as well as the artists inspired by his work, continue to fare in the ever-fluctuating international art market.

In the early 1970s you could buy an apartment for the price of a Fontana painting. In the last decades that market has become more global – South Korea, Japan, China – though the US is the primary market.’”
