Inveready has completed a successful partial exit from IriusRisk following its strategic acquisition by ThreatModeler, creating a global leader in threat-modeling software backed by Invictus Growth Partners. Inveready first invested in IriusRisk in 2021 through a venture debt structure and later participated in its $29M Series A, supporting the company’s international growth and market leadership in cybersecurity. The transaction delivers a gross IRR of approximately 28% and a 1.85x multiple on the cash-out component, while Inveready remains invested in the combined group, reaffirming its commitment to long-term value creation in mission-critical enterprise software.
