OHB Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Senior Satellite V&V Manager to lead system-level verification and validation activities for small satellite missions.
This role is intended for experienced system engineers with a solid background in satellite development and verification.
ROLE
– Lead Verification & Validation activities across the full satellite lifecycle
– Manage requirements flow from customer to equipment level
– Define verification logic, methods and test stages
– Support and participate in AIT and system-level test campaigns
– Prepare and execute system and acceptance tests
– Ensure compliance with schedule, cost and technical requirements
PROFILE
– Strong background in satellite systems engineering
– 5+ years of hands-on experience in space projects
– Proven experience in satellite verification and AIT
– Solid knowledge of requirements engineering and V-model processes
– Autonomous, structured and accountable
– Fluent English
– Master’s degree or equivalent industrial experience
NICE-TO-HAVE
– DOORS or similar requirements tools
– MBSE, concurrent engineering tools
– knowledge of Italian language.
