We are proud to announce that OHB Italia S.p.A. successfully took part in the prestigious “#LIFTOFF” programme, an international development path of the #OHBGroup designed to empower the next generation of managerial and specialist talents across the organisation.
At OHB, investing in #youngprofessionals is not optional, it is essential. This programme offers a unique opportunity to enhance skills and abilities, build a strong network and lay solid foundations for future leadership roles. Throughout the journey, participants were supported by the HR department, OHB executives, mentors and external partners.
Highly intensive and practice-oriented, the programme focused on early-career specialists with three to seven years of experience in the space sector, including at least one year within OHB.
It provided concrete tools to:
🎯 expand understanding of one’s personal approach through self-reflection, strength-based development and self-responsibility
🎯 learn techniques and methods to constructively manage conflicts and effectively handle stakeholders
🎯 respond to different interests and perspectives, furthermore align them towards shared team goals
🎯 make or influence decisions even under uncertainty and learn from team experiences
🎯 accompany change processes with confidence, address resistance and strengthen self-efficacy
🎯 test realistic scenarios through business simulations and managerial case studies
🎯 discover a different side of OHB and engage directly with colleagues beyond the immediate work environment
🎯 exchange ideas with mentors and deepen learning
🎯 develop entrepreneurial perspectives and validate them through real-time feedback.
The young people who took part to the project represented our Group at the highest standards in an international context and now they are giving a valuable contribution to our corporate community.
LIFT OFF once again confirms our effort to foster high-potential #talents, promoting a corporate culture based on responsibility, innovation and global vision.
