OHB Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Software Product Assurance Manager to join our team with immediate start.

You will contribute to ensuring the quality, reliability and compliance of software embedded in mission-critical systems, both on-board satellites and within ground segment infrastructures.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Ensure compliance with software quality and development standards
– Participate in software project reviews throughout the lifecycle
– Manage SPR findings and NCRs
– Interface with software development teams, PA management and customers
– Support qualification and verification activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✅ Experience with mission-critical or real-time software (space, aeronautics, railways or similar sectors)
✅ Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality processes
Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, static analysis and metrics tools
✅ Understanding of MISRA-C and software verification techniques
✅ Knowledge of standards such as ECSS, DO-178C, AQAP2210, ISO 26262, IEC 62279, IEC 62304, ISO/IEC 12207
✅ Knowledge of EN9100:2018
Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
A university degree is preferred, but a technical diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
