We have signed a strategic agreement with Sevica, a logistics operator specialised in the fashion sector, to jointly manage textile waste generated by Spanish brands.
This partnership connects two key capabilities across the textile value chain: advanced logistics management in retail and e-commerce, and the industrial sorting, valorisation and transformation of textile waste into new products.
An industrial solution to circularity
Sevica manages end-to-end logistics for multiple fashion brands, both in physical stores and online channels. This includes reverse logistics, consolidation of returns, as well as repair and reconditioning services that enable products to be placed back on the market.
Through this alliance:

Sevica’s clients materials collected through in-store take-back programmes can be logistically consolidated and sent to our sorting and recycling plants.

We carry out advanced automated sorting, separating items suitable for reuse from those destined for recycling.

Garments with potential for resale in second-hand channels can be returned to the logistics operator for preparation and reconditioning, facilitating their return to the market.

Non-reusable garments are channelled into textile recycling processes, with the objective of transforming them into new textile-to-textile (T2T) products, fibres and yarns that will ultimately be integrated into new circular collections.
This agreement comes at a decisive moment for the textile industry. The implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), the development of the European Ecodesign Regulation (ESPR), and increasing consumer awareness are redefining expectations around the management, traceability and final destination of textile materials.
Through this collaboration, brands will benefit from an integrated circular pathway, allowing them to rely on leading partners to develop and scale meaningful circularity projects.
