(the “Company” or “CLI”) announces that the minutes of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting held on 27 April 2026 is available, to the public, at the registered office, on the Company’s website (https://centralelatteitalia.com/investor-relations/assemblee-e-avvisi-di-convocazione/) and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com).
