Atar Capital, a Los Angeles-based global private investment firm, today announced the successful sale of its affiliate, Keypoint Intelligence (KPI) to Total Specific Solutions (TSS), an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Under Atar Capital's ownership, Keypoint Intelligence was transformed into a robust market intelligence, testing, and advisory platform serving manufacturers, dealers, and enterprise customers across the imaging, technology, and AI-driven markets. Through geographic expansion, technology investment, and disciplined strategic acquisitions, Atar Capital and KPI’s management team significantly broadened the company’s capabilities and global footprint. Today, KPI’s proprietary bliQ platform, Buyers Lab testing and certification program, and growing suite of AI advisory, sales enablement, and workflow tools position the company as an indispensable partner to its customers as it enters its next phase of growth.
