(NYSE: JAN), a pure-play senior housing real estate investment trust (REIT), announced its Board of Directors today declared a pro rata quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.0174 per share for the first quarter of 2026 and a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.1425 per share for the second quarter of 2026, payable on the payment dates set forth in the table below to stockholders of record as of the close of business on the corresponding record date in the table below. The quarterly dividend reflects an annualized dividend amount of $0.57 per share of common stock.
