Dorothea Ledergerber currently serves as Multi-Site Head of Drug Product Operations at Siegfried Group and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the CDMO DINAMIQS. A trained pharmacist with a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, she brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. She previously held leadership roles at Novartis, where she notably managed industrial operations in Europe and contributed to establishing the company’s first commercial manufacturing unit for cell and gene therapies. She also served as Chief Technical Officer at Tigen Pharma, a company specializing in autologous cell therapies. Ms. Ledergerber has recognized expertise across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, from development through to manufacturing.
