Key Responsibilities

    • Explore new Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with leading Natural History institutions worldwide (e.g., Smithsonian, Harvard).
  4. Project Coordination and Monitoring:
    • Track progress and results of projects.
    • Train administrative staff to provide support for these tasks.
  5. Financial Sustainability:
    • Implement a financial sustainability plan to ideally ensure that increased overheads from international projects gradually support a permanent staff position after the initial 3 years of DEEP-MaX funding.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • University degree (Bachelor, Master, or Technical Engineering) in Natural Sciences, Biology, Project Management, Internationalization, or related fields.
    • Specific training in international project management or external trade will be valued.

    • Knowledge of the EU and international R&D landscape, including EU institutions.
  • Languages:
    • Excellent command of English and Spanish (both written and oral).

  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (experience in public speaking, workshops, or virtual meetings).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially advanced Excel) and project management platforms.
    • Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
    • Proactive, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.

We Offer
