The Akademia Familijna (IFFD Poland) continues to live out its mission of Families for Families, helping parents grow, share experiences, and pass on the good they have received. Through training, courses, and small-group work, the Academy equips both moderators and leaders to better serve families.

Recently, in Józefów, two important events took place: a Moderator Training Session and a Course Leaders Meeting.

Moderator Training Session

Moderators are central to the Academy’s courses, guiding families on their journey of growth. The latest training gathered participants from Białystok, Lublin, Warsaw, Pruszków, and Józefów. The group included new moderators beginning their service as well as experienced ones who regularly return to hone their skills.
The session was marked by professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion—qualities that will now strengthen this year’s courses across Poland. With refreshed knowledge and motivation, moderators are ready to continue their mission of serving families.

Course Leaders Meeting

Course leaders play a vital role in holding small groups together. They are not only facilitators but also companions who invite participants to explore challenges and solutions. Recognizing their importance, the Family Academy organizes annual meetings to strengthen and support them.
This year’s gathering, also held in Józefów, welcomed leaders from Lublin and Pruszków. A highlight of the event was a substantive lecture on Neurodiversity, delivered by Dr. Monika Suchowierska-Stephany.

IFFD Poland expressed heartfelt thanks to the leaders for their presence, energy, and commitment. Their dedication remains a key force in ensuring that families continue to benefit from the Academy’s mission.
