FIDH (International Federation for Human Rights) is an international human rights NGO. Since 1922, we have been committed to defending all civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights as defined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
FIDH federates nearly 200 national human rights associations active in over 115 countries, with offices and teams across Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe. Its activities aim to strengthen the capacity of local actors to promote and defend human rights.
Consultancy : Academic Consultant on the Impacts of Lithium and Transition Minerals Extraction
Department : Business, Human Rights and Environment Desk (BHRE), FIDH
Duration : 01 December 2025 – 31 October 2027
Location : Remote, with possible travel to Latin America (Bolivia, Argentina, Chile) and Paris
Estimated working hours : 32 hours per month
Reporting line : The consultant will report to the Head of the BHRE Desk
