Arch Painting®, the leading provider of nationwide commercial paint contracting services today announced it has won Silver in the category of CSR Program of the Year by the Best in Biz Awards 2025. One of the most prestigious business awards in North America and globally, the Best in Biz Awards is the only independent business awards program judged each year by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier publications.

Arch Painting aligned its corporate social responsibility program with its core values—Customer First, Can Do Attitude, Dedicated, Accountable, Organized, Keep It Real, and Family Oriented. Recognizing the critical need for support of teachers and veterans in underserved communities, the company designed initiatives to ensure that its programs for educators and veterans delivered meaningful, tangible value to the chosen winners.

Each year, Arch Painting holds its $10,000 Teacher Giveaway where 20 teachers receive $500 each toward school supplies for their classrooms. Additionally, the company annually supports Mass Teacher Resources, a local Massachusetts nonprofit that supports teachers in Title 1 schools. In January 2025, as a thank you for their service, bravery and courage, Arch Painting provided five veterans with home painting renovations to brighten the feel of their homes. The company also has an ongoing relationship with The ReM.A.R.C.able Foundation Network and its founder, Boston Marathon bombing survivor, Marc Fucarile.

“Our corporate social responsibility programs represent the best of Arch Painting. In additional to our $10k Teacher Giveaway and Veterans Day Painting Giveaway, we support many local nonprofits and charitable organizations,” said Rich Kilgannon, President & CEO of Arch Painting. “Our CSR Program aligns with our company core values – investing in our customers, partners, employees and the communities we serve is at the heart of Arch Painting. Being recognized by Best in Biz for our work is an honor.”

For 15 years, Best in Biz Awards’ press judges have faced the incredible challenge of determining winners among equally compelling entries. This year’s winners demonstrated a wide range of increasing community involvement and unwavering dedication to environmental responsibility causes.

Since the program’s inception in 2011, winners in Best in Biz Awards have been determined by independent judging panels assembled each year from some of the most respected national and local newspapers, TV and radio outlets, and business, consumer, technology and trade publications in North America. By combining the unparalleled expertise and experience of the top-notch editors and reporters with the vast diversity of outlets they represent, Best in Biz Awards has always offered the most objective and unbiased judging. The 2025 judging panel included, among others, writers and contributors to Associated Press, Barron’s, Consumer Affairs, eWeek, Forbes, Globe and Mail, Inc., MediaPost, New York Times, Ottawa Citizen, and Wired.

“Over the past 15 years, Best in Biz Awards has seen entries from companies small and large, from every corner of the United States and Canada, and from industries as diverse as AI and cosmetics through logistics and retail to software and waste management. We’ve seen impressive entries both in years of incredible economic expansion and growth and in those difficult and challenging pandemic years,” said Best in Biz Awards staff. “As we mark our 15th annual edition, we are exceedingly proud of our winners, many of whom have grown exponentially, got acquired or went public since winning one of our awards. However, besides their impressive growth and innovation, what has always set Best in Biz Awards winners apart has been the positive impact and change they bring about for their employees, clients and communities – and it is that positive impact of Best in Biz Awards winners over the past 15 years that we are most proud of.”
