The Bitpanda Hamburg Open, an ATP 500 tournament organised by Tennium, has confirmed another Top 10 player for its 2026 edition. Felix Auger-Aliassime will return to Hamburg, becoming the second Top 10 player confirmed for the tournament after Alexander Zverev.
Currently ranked world No. 7, the 25-year-old Canadian enjoyed an outstanding 2025 season. Felix Auger-Aliassime reached the semifinals of the US Open and the ATP Finals in Turin, where he recorded notable victories against Alexander Zverev and Ben Shelton. He also claimed several ATP titles during the year, including trophies in Adelaide, Montpellier and at the BNP Paribas Fortis European Open in Brussels.
Auger-Aliassime finished runner-up at the Rolex Paris Masters, losing the final to Jannik Sinner, and in November 2025 reached the highest ranking of his career at world No. 5.
The Canadian already impressed at the Bitpanda Hamburg Open in 2025, where he reached the semifinals and earned strong support from the Rothenbaum crowd with his aggressive and entertaining style of play.
