This year’s global theme for International Women’s Day is “Give to Gain”, encouraging a mindset of generosity, collaboration, and shared progress. The idea is simple: when women are supported through opportunity, knowledge, wellbeing, and visibility, the benefits extend to teams, organizations, and communities.
