Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Quality Director, you manage and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the plants and technical centers to ensure cybersecurity and data protection compliance of the company.
Your main missions will be:
• Supervises and supports the plants and technical centers in obtaining and maintaining TISAX certification.
• Supports and guides different sites in the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the information security management system.
• Defines procedures, rules, and controls that comply with security and personal data protection requirements
• Updates and creates ISMS documentation
• Organizes, secures, and guarantees the processing of all information circulating within the company (company data, commercial data, customer data, sensitive data, etc.) and personal data
• Leads workshops, meetings, and awareness campaigns related to information security and data protection
• Ensures that teams at different sites understand and apply requirements, processes, and best practices
PROFILE
Holding a master’s degree specialized in information system security or management, you have at least 4/5 years of experience and you already prepared a TISAX certification in an international company. You have a strong information security knowledge and regulatory framework (ISO 27001/27701, GPDR, NIS 2, personal data regulation) and you master audit tools and methodologies.
DPO certification would be an additional asset. These skills enable you to accurately assess needs, identify risks, and implement effective, pragmatic solutions.
To thrive in this position, you’ll need management skills and a strong sense of responsibility, combined with analytical thinking, precision, and a practical, results-oriented mindset to ensure information security and data protection compliance.
Given the international location of our sites, punctual travel to our Tech Centers and plants and a strong level of English are required. Proficiency in German would be an advantage.
