The CEU Abat Oliba University has created the role of international coordinator with the aim of promoting academic internationalization and facilitating the implementation of international projects in each area of knowledge.
Organized by academic areas, the international coordinators will promote the mobility of students and teaching staff and contribute to the design, planning and execution of international initiatives, including leading programmes such as COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) and BIP (Blended Intensive Programme).
The teaching team, made up of Carmen Ruiz, Ada Garriga, Joan d’Ávila, Sasha Molotkova and Andrea de Carlos, is taking on this new role and will play an active part in promoting the University’s various international projection activities.
This new role forms part of the Progressive International Development programme, an initiative designed to provide a complete itinerary of international experiences throughout students’ university studies. The programme is led by the Vice-Rectorate for Quality, University Strategy and Internationalization in coordination with the Deans and Management and in collaboration with the International Relations Office.
With this initiative, the CEU Abat Oliba University is strengthening its commitment to education with an international dimension focused on the comprehensive training of students and aligned with the challenges of a global environment.
