Rashmi Garde joins Veeam Software as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), bringing deep cybersecurity, IPO-readiness, and complex M&A experience to scale Veeam’s global legal organization.

Most recently, as CLO at Informatica, she navigated the company’s $8 billion acquisition by Salesforce. Her track record includes building a 75-person global legal organization at VMware through its $1 billion IPO, as well as leading Sophos through high-stakes private equity transactions and cybersecurity integrations.
