Business organisations welcome pragmatic approach of CPC authorities on legacy (old) stocks to avoid unnecessary waste and disproportionate costs - FESI

FESI, together with 18 European business organisations, has welcomed the Consumer Protection Cooperation (CPC) Network’s common understanding on the treatment of legacy stocks under the Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition (ECGT) Directive.
