Do you meet one of the below criteria?

To be currently a Temporary Agent 2(f) staff who, on the closing date for application and on the day of filling the vacant post, is employed within the current agency in a grade corresponding to the published grade (AD12 – AD13) and to have at least two years’ service within the current agency (including Executive Agencies, Decentralised Agencies and Joint Undertakings) before moving. Being an established EU official at grade AD 12-13 in an EU Institution or Agency/Body. (FO Vacancy Notice – F4E/FO/AD12/2025/0164)

Do you have an EU citizenship?

Do you confirm that you fulfil the other eligibility criteria defined in section A1 of the vacancy notice?

Do you have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and a satisfactory knowledge of another official language of the European Union?

Do you confirm that as of the closing date of this application process you have a level of education and the minimum professional experience which corresponds to that defined in section A2 of the vacancy notice?

Do you confirm that your professional history covers the essential areas defined in section B1 of the vacancy notice?

I am aware that if invited to undertake tests at F4E, I will have to provide the following documents: proof of nationality (passport or identity card), diploma(s) or certificate(s) required for admission to the selection procedure, statements of employment or contract(s) clearly specifying start and end dates and for the current position proof of start date.

Do you have an EU, Switzerland or Ukrainian citizenship?

Is your criminal record clean?

Do you have good knowledge of English (at least B2 level of proficiency as described in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR))?

Have you completed a standard 3-year higher education degree (minimum EQF 6 level), corresponding to a complete Bachelor’s cycle, or equivalent? Only if you have a certificate or official confirmation from your university that you have such a degree will you be eligible to apply.

Can you confirm you have no prior traineeship or other work experience, in excess of 6 weeks in any EU institution, body or agency?”

You will be requested to supply additional documents in support of the statements you made for this application.
You will be asked to provide a certificate issued by the competent authority attesting the absence of any criminal record. For Ukranian applicants, this requirement will be waived.
