On August 6, 2026, easyJet announced that it had agreed to be acquired by funds affiliated with private equity firm Apollo Capital Management (“Apollo”) at a price of £7.15 per share. Following the closing of the proposed transaction, easyJet investors will be cashed out of their investment position and the Company’s shares will no longer be publicly traded.
