Covisian Group Names Ramon Tisaire as CEO of Covisian USA to introduce the Smile.CX technology in the North American market - Covisian

The company, in the midst of its U.S. expansion, aims to become the leading technology group in customer experience solutions

New York, July 16, 2024.- Covisian Group, a global technology multinational specializing in innovative customer experience solutions and services, has appointed Ramon Tisaire as the new CEO of Covisian USA. This appointment aligns with Covisian Group’s ambitious global expansion strategy and its entry into North America, a market of capital relevance and growth potential for Covisian and Smile.CX.

With over 25 years of experience in the North American market, Ramon will drive Covisian Group’s expansion in the U.S. and implement the company’s strategic plan and business development efforts in the country. In coordination with the Group’s headquarters, Tisaire will bring the company’s vision, mission, and objectives to the North American market, ensuring consistency in all corporate operations globally.

Ramon holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in International Affairs from the University of Chicago. He has been instrumental in the international expansion of multiple tech companies. 

In the past decade, Ramon has served as an executive, operating partner, senior advisor, and board member for companies globally across multiple industries including healthcare, business and financial services, logistics, and technology. His previous consultancy expertise spans from helping scale-ups in digital transformation and technology innovation to guiding strategic partnerships and fundraising efforts.

Ramon’s background includes roles as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Managing Partner for Capgemini, Partner at Unisys, and Partner at KPMG Consulting. He began his career with Deloitte Consulting in Chicago, managing large consulting and IT projects and helping build Deloitte’s practice in Spain.
