The Anaves Music Journey
Anaves Music began its journey in 2020 with the release of the No To Racism EP featuring Jamaican Reggae legend Fred Locks. This bold debut cemented Anaves Music’s mission to promote socially conscious and forward-thinking music. Since then, the label has released over 20 digital singles and EPs, gaining international airplay on platforms like the BBC, FM4, and Radio Superfly, and earning features in renowned magazines such as Reggaeville and Riddim Mag. Bass Jam: A Showcase of Anaves Music’s Talent
Now, with the release of its first full-length album, Bass Jam, Anaves Music is set to make an even larger impact. The album is not just a collection of tracks but a testament to the label’s journey, blending a wide array of genres, from Reggae and Dub to Trap, Dancehall, and Lofi. Each track is crafted to resonate with a global audience, staying true to the label’s ethos of crossing borders and bringing different sounds together.
Bass Jam showcases Sabolious’ creative versatility, with the artist contributing four tracks to the project. The album also features an eclectic mix of local and international talent. A Collaborative Effort
The creation of Bass Jam involved collaboration with various producers and mixers, each bringing their unique touch to the album. The mixing and mastering were handled by a team of renowned experts, including Dubbing Sun’s David Gasparin, Umberto Echo, Alpha Steppa, and Ashanti Selah. Each contributor helped shape the album’s signature sound, blending old-school influences with modern beats and production techniques.
Notably, remixes by Umberto Echo and Three Lake Music add extra layers to the tracks, bringing fresh interpretations of the songs. This commitment to collaboration and innovation is what sets Anaves Music apart as a label that encourages creativity while maintaining the highest level of musical quality.
