Bilbao, March 5th, 2025-. Tubacex, a global leader in advanced industrial solutions for the energy and mobility sectors, has granted the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) P.J.S.C. (“ADNOC”) the usage rights for its innovative premium connection technology, Sentinel® Prime. The terms of the license agreement, for an amount of USD$ 50 million and paid over 5 years, provides a license to ADNOC to use Sentinel® Prime technology in its non-CRA carbon steel OCTG applications, thereby enhancing its technological capabilities in oil and gas extraction operations.
Sentinel® Prime technology, introduced last November, has been designed to meet the latest industry demands, offering superior performance in high-pressure and high-temperature environments, as well as in deep and horizontal wells. Additionally, this disruptive connection has obtained API CAL IV:2017 certification, further positioning Tubacex at the forefront of the premium connections segment.
