Rucker Investments Acquires Key Assets of a Beverage Co-Manufacturer and Launches Tailored Bottling Solutions, LLC

Rucker Investments, a privately held family office with a diverse investment portfolio, announces the acquisition of select assets of Pack Labs, Inc., an aluminum can co-packing company. This marks Rucker Investments’ third investment in the beverage co-packing industry.

Following the acquisition, Rucker Investments is launching Tailored Bottling Solutions, a provider of high-quality, innovative co-packing solutions for retailers, emerging beverage brands, private equity-backed companies, and global leaders. With plans to rapidly expand its footprint across the U.S., Tailored Bottling Solutions will establish multiple distribution points to serve its customer base throughout North America.
