DreamPark, the downloadable mixed-reality theme-park platform, today announced Theme Park as a Service (TPaaS), a turnkey way for independent location-based entertainment (LBE) venues, multi-site operators, schools, and community spaces to launch and refresh interactive attractions with dramatically lower upfront cost and time. TPaaS packages software, content, and on-site Access Portals so operators can transform ordinary and undermonetized square footage into exciting, safe, and highly replayable mixed-reality adventures.
“Operators shouldn’t need custom builds, long lead times, or heavy CapEx to deliver mind-blowing interactive experiences,” said Aidan Wolf, co-founder and CEO of DreamPark. “With TPaaS, you’re a DreamPark Access Portal and 5 minutes away from owning an entire theme park. It’s that simple.”
DreamPark’s platform pairs spatially anchored gameplay with real-world layouts, such as backyards, schoolyards, sports concourses, retail corridors, or LBE arenas, so guests can jump into quests, boss battles, and collaborative challenges from any site.
Operators get recurring content drops, live ops tools, and analytics to drive throughput and revenue per square foot.

“DreamPark treats TPaaS content like a live service,” said Brent Bushnell, co-founder of DreamPark. “Operators don’t buy a one-off build; they subscribe to a living library that updates with seasons, holidays, and new gameplay so there’s always a reason to come back.”
TPaaS is available via a one-time fee or a monthly subscription with optional per-play revenue share. Typical sites can go from contract to first playable in days using Access Portals, with staff training delivered remotely or on-site. Customizations, private maps, and enterprise integrations are available with the DreamPark Enterprise package.
“DreamPark completely changed how we think about launching entertainment venues,” said Anthony DeSano, owner of MetaVersive Arena at the Samenea Mall in Westbury, New York. “It let us start welcoming guests and building community before construction was even complete — bridging the digital and physical worlds in a way that sets the stage for the future of our LBE venue.”
