Prism Engineering provides civil engineering services for commercial, industrial, and residential development projects. The team brings specialized expertise in programmatic retail and commercial development, building upon Pape-Dawson’s established presence in the Southeast region.

This acquisition marks Pape-Dawson’s first step into the state of Kentucky and represents an important milestone in the firm’s continued expansion across the United States.

“Prism has built strong, long-term relationships and a reputation for excellence in engineering,” said Trey Dawson, President of Pape-Dawson. “We’re excited for the opportunity to bring added resources and capabilities to their clients and project teams, allowing them to provide streamlined, comprehensive services for development projects in Kentucky and beyond.”

“This acquisition will bring added value and opportunity for both employees and clients alike,” said Phil Gambrell, Owner of Prism Engineering. “We’re maintaining the same local leadership, relationships, and hands-on approach for which we’re known, now supported by the resources, technology, comprehensive capabilities, and career pathways of a larger firm. We’re thrilled to help build upon Pape-Dawson’s 60-year legacy established on respect, trust, and excellence.”

“For 20 years, Prism Engineering has been dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients while creating a workplace where our employees feel supported and valued,” said Jason Hall, Owner of Prism Engineering. “We’re excited to gain additional resources and to become part of a larger team that shares our values, goals, and strong company culture.”
