This date aligns with Securities and Exchange Commission rules requiring the Company, as a non-accelerated filer, to submit its annual report on Form 10-K within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. Virgin Galactic will host a conference call to discuss the results that day at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
