Comcast Breaks Ground to Expand its High-Speed Network in Greater Hartford and Middletown, CT

Comcast today announced the start of construction to extend its reliable, high‑speed network further into Greater Hartford and Middletown, bringing advanced connectivity, secure networking and managed technology solutions from Comcast Business to businesses across the region. The $5.9 million construction project will be completed later this year, and Comcast will notify businesses when service becomes available at their locations.

Upon completion, more businesses in East Hartford, Hartford, West Hartford and Middletown will have access to Comcast Business’s full portfolio of connectivity, secure networking and communications solutions – including Ethernet and Dedicated Internet with speeds up to 100 Gigabits per second (Gbps), advanced voice and collaboration tools, Comcast Business Mobile, and cybersecurity solutions designed to protect distributed work environments.
