Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA), North Carolina’s largest law firm, has signed a lease for new office space in Atlanta, establishing the firm’s first dedicated physical office outside the Carolinas.

The firm has had attorneys working from the Atlanta area for several years and establishing a brick-and-mortar office there is a natural next step to support them and the firm’s growing client base in the region. The new office underscores the firm’s commitment to serving clients and attracting top talent in the Southeast as it continues to advance its strategic plan to strengthen core practices.

The firm’s new lease with Granite Properties is for Class AA office space at 3630 Peachtree in Buckhead, with room to accommodate future growth. MVA expects to move into the space on or before April 1, 2026.

Moskowitz, who will be joined by several other attorneys in the new office, advises financial institutions and investors on matters including music catalog finance, record label finance, music fund finance, and television, motion picture, and sports finance.
The firm anticipates continued growth of its Atlanta team in the coming months.
