Tricentis, a global leader in agentic quality engineering, today invited nominations for the 2026 Tricentis Customer Innovation Awards, which celebrate customers who are extending quality engineering best practices across their organizations to lead the charge in adopting AI, transforming their business processes or delivering digital innovation.

Leveraging Tricentis AI-enabled solutions, participating individuals and organizations will be recognized for championing modern, quality practices to achieve major efficiency gains and enhance operational performance. They will also showcase what is possible through cutting-edge, AI-driven testing to deliver more business agility and exceptional customer experiences.

Winners will be celebrated on the main stage at the company’s flagship event, Tricentis Transform, taking place in Dallas, Singapore, and London later this year. These exceptional individuals and organizations will receive well-deserved recognition for their achievements and the critical work they do in front of a global audience of industry leaders, innovators, and peers.

2026 categories:

  • AI Trailblazer: This award recognizes a visionary customer (individual or team) that has pioneered innovative applications of AI to drive meaningful impact for software quality in their organization. This global recognition celebrates those who push the boundaries of AI to create transformative solutions and set new standards in quality engineering.
  • Enterprise Transformation Leader: Recognizes customers that have driven successful business transformation by implementing or optimizing core systems or applications to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Innovator: Recognizes customers that have leveraged Tricentis to transform their business to deliver more agile business processes and more meaningful customer experiences.

Entries are open now to individuals and companies in all markets. For the AI Trailblazer category, a single (individual or team) will be selected globally. For the other categories, Tricentis will name winners in Americas (AMS), Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
