Hilgers PLLC attorneys across multiple offices have earned selection to the 2026 Super Lawyers lists, a legal guide recognizing the top 5% of attorneys in each state.
Dallas managing partner Grant Schmidt and partner Brad Monk are repeat selections to the list recognized for excellence in business litigation in Texas.
The firm also had three Rising Stars honorees: partner Bennett Rawicki in Texas, Luke Landers in California, and senior counsel Scott Scheinberg in Pennsylvania; all repeat honorees.

That category honors attorneys under age 40 or in their first decade of practice. He handles complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and white-collar criminal defense cases.
Mr. Monk, who has represented Forbes 500 corporations among his clients, was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer for the third year after seven years on the Rising Stars list. He handles cases involving real estate, oil and gas, banking and financial services, construction and healthcare issues and represents shareholders in “business divorce” cases.
Mr. Rawicki, based in Texas, is a Rising Stars honoree and has been recognized for three years. He handles antitrust, breach of contract, consumer protection, constitutional claims, products liability and trade secrets disputes and advises clients on First Amendment, arbitration agreements and cybersecurity matters.
Mr. Scheinberg, based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, represents high-profile clients in multimillion-dollar disputes, class actions and government investigations. His experience includes defending matters brought by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Environmental Protection Agency, as well as guiding clients through complex internal investigations and large-scale discovery.
Mr. Landers, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, represents clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters, with experience spanning the financial, real estate and construction industries. Drawing on his background as a former investment banker, he brings a business-focused approach to litigation, translating complex financial issues into clear legal strategy and guiding clients through high-stakes disputes and transactions.
