A key capability of the tool is the ability to incorporate virtually any metadata parameter into the template, including custom parameters enabling designs to adapt to any specific requirements of clients, broadcasters, or platforms. In addition, the tool generates thumbnail elements automatically, displaying a frame from the associated clip. These templates can be downloaded and used directly in Creator, where they integrate seamlessly with the platform’s powerful automation and processing engine.
Workflows Bridge: File Intake Portal Connected to the Automation Engine (Coming Soon)
Workflows Bridge is a revolutionary, secure file intake platform for post-production teams, enabling custom client validation portals. Files begin with EDL ingest (with additional formats coming soon) and are automatically checked against user-defined technical rules. Built-in tools allow issues to be resolved on the spot, ensuring only clean, compliant files enter the pipeline — streamlining workflow and reducing manual effort.
The web-based platform is fully integrated with Workflows Creator, where each portal connects directly to the automation engine, turning a validated file receipt into an immediate trigger for downstream workflows.
