Skeeter Boats Announces New FXE Model Line

Skeeter, a leader in high-performance fishing boats, introduced the new FXE™ bass boat model line during the 32^nd annual Skeeter Owners’ tournament on Lake Fork in Alba, Texas. Engineered to deliver improved precision, control and overall performance on the water, the FXE represents a new generation of bass boat design excellence. Powered by Yamaha V MAX SHO^® 250-horsepower outboards and built using advanced CAD-CAM engineering and CNC manufacturing technology, the FXE models offer enhanced balance and consistency across a wide range of operating conditions. The new models will be available through select authorized Skeeter dealerships in late June of 2026.

Engineered to deliver improved precision, control and overall performance on the water, the FXE represents a new generation of bass boat design excellence.

The FXE is designed to deliver faster holeshot, improved top-end performance, exceptional control, and a ride that stays composed in a range of conditions. It’s the ultimate bass boat, and represents engineered dominance within this segment.

New precision manufacturing processes created a unique, symmetrical FXE hull designed to improve handling. This “nex-gen” hull architecture features a newly developed planing sponson and sponson relief area, which together are designed to help the boat plane faster and support improved acceleration and overall performance. A redesigned center running pad further enhances performance by allowing the boat to ride “on” the pad rather than forcing the pad through the water. This innovative design improves lift, efficiency, handling, and load-carrying capability while creating a more stable and controlled driving experience at speed.

Engineered for real-world fishing conditions, the FXE hull incorporates a 17-degree deadrise, designed to push water away from the boat under aggressive operating conditions. The result is a drier ride, improved control, and greater driver confidence in rough-water environments. In addition, new hull strakes deliver improved directional stability and high-speed turning capability, making FXE more responsive throughout a variety of maneuvers.

Inside, the FXE features a two-piece console with the Skeeter Command Center, an integrated electronics shelf and a removable windshield that provides easier access to electronics rigging. Additional standard features include a full fiberglass front deck; new water drainage channels that direct water and moisture to the bilge; a larger day box with an electronics cabinet underneath; redesigned seating with integrated grab handles; a new passenger rod ramp; a “kick-up” trash can lid; and a new multiuse step that stores up to four 3700 tackle boxes or converts into a 32-quart cooler with sandwich shelves on each side. The FXE’s battery compartment is also 30 percent larger than comparable Skeeter models, providing additional room for rigging and storage.
