Lexer, a leading provider of legal services to financial institutions, investment funds and large corporations, announces the acquisition of Paypymes. This transaction continues the acquisition strategy launched in late October 2025 with the purchase of Zelsior. Lexer was acquired in October 2025 by a group of investors advised and led by Cleon Capital.
Paypymes, headquartered in Madrid, was founded in 2019 and currently generates €2.5 million in revenue. It is Spain’s leading provider of legal debt-recovery services for SMEs, covering both amicable and judicial proceedings.
Paypymes has a team of 32 professionals and a commercial structure that provides extensive market coverage and direct access to a highly fragmented customer base.
Paypymes’ business is highly complementary to Lexer’s operations. Lexer generates approximately €75 million in revenue and intends to continue diversifying its business through the strategic acquisition of companies that complement its various legal services divisions.
