Tenovi, a leading provider of full-stack remote monitoring solutions, has earned the No. 201 spot on Inc. Magazine's 2026 Inc. 5000 list, ranking the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The company also achieved No. 23 nationally in healthcare, No. 2 in New Hampshire, and No. 7 in the Boston metro area. Tenovi was founded in 2020, and this is the second consecutive year securing a position on the Inc. 5000 List.
From 2022 to 2025, Tenovi recorded a 1,647% increase in revenue, reflecting the rising demand for device-agnostic remote monitoring platforms that seamlessly integrate with EHRs across any care environment. As of August 2026, the company supports over 60 remote monitoring devices, has served 319,000 patients, shipped over 500,000 devices, serving healthcare teams in all 50 states, spanning health systems, community health centers, RPM companies, health plans, pharmacies, and digital health innovators.
"This recognition reflects the trust our customers place in us and the dedication of our team,” said Nizan Friedman, Ph.D., Co-Founder and CEO of Tenovi. “Remote monitoring can turn weeks of silence into a steady stream of data that clinicians can use to intervene earlier. Our mission is to continue innovating to make RPM more accessible and impactful for healthcare organizations and the patients they serve.”
“Making the Inc. 5000 list again is a reminder of what drives us, which is simplifying remote care,” said Daniel Zondervan, Ph.D., Co-Founder and CTO, at Tenovi. “Our team is continuously focused on developing technology that helps healthcare teams deliver connected care with the reliability, simplicity, and scalability they expect."
At the core of Tenovi's infrastructure-first model is the Tenovi Gateway, which removes connectivity barriers by enabling plug-and-play remote monitoring: no apps, no Wi-Fi, and no complex syncing required. Clinicians can scale RPM and RTM programs across any patient population with real-time access to actionable data. This solution-centered approach is supported by world-class fulfillment, patient engagement, and clinical support, all central to Tenovi's mission of improving lives by simplifying remote care.
