Leaf Space Extends its Global Network with First Ground Station in Canada’s Spaceport Nova Scotia

Leaf Space, a global provider of Ground Segment-as-a-Service, announced the completion of its first ground station in Canada, built in partnership with Maritime Launch Services at Spaceport Nova Scotia, near Canso, Nova Scotia.

As the first ground station operator at Space Nova Scotia, Leaf Space’s newest ground station will support S- and X-band, high-speed data download for satellite operators worldwide, through efficient and mission-critical communication with their space assets from a strategic gateway on Canada’s Atlantic coast.
