We are delighted to announce that Platon School in Greece has officially joined the International Schools Partnership (iSP) family. This exciting addition strengthens our global network, now comprising 93 schools across 25 countries, and marks a significant milestone as Platon becomes the 11th school in our Europe region.
Located on the outskirts of Athens, Platon School has been a cornerstone of education in Greece since its founding in 1969. The school caters to approximately 1,500 students, spanning from Kindergarten through to Primary and Senior School. While deeply rooted in the Greek educational tradition, Platon also boasts a distinctly international perspective, reflecting its commitment to nurturing global-mindedness and a sense of international identity among its students.
The school seamlessly integrates national and international educational programmes within a bilingual environment, offering students an enriched, multicultural learning experience while promoting academic freedom, intellectual diversity, and experimentation in its teaching methods.
As a champion of free-thinking, curiosity, and the development of well-rounded individuals through exceptional, personalised education, Platon perfectly aligns with our vision and philosophy at iSP.
As we begin this new chapter together, the Europe team will collaborate closely with our new colleagues at Platon School to ensure a smooth transition into the iSP family. We are eager to learn from their expertise and look forward to integrating their valuable insights into our global network.
