How to import a local library into a PcVue project - PcVue

PcVue 12 onwards

Here are the steps to import an existing library into a project.

To integrate an existing library into your project, you will have to :

Step 1: Copy the library to the Lib project folder. Create Lib folder if it does not exist.
Step 2: Start Application Explorer and select the Libraries node in the configuration tree.
Step 3: From the task list select Add an existing local library.

Step 4: Using the drop down list box, choose library to import into the project. As when configuring a new library you can configure a Label and Description. Click Apply to confirm the import.

Step 5: Restart the project, the library will then be available in all menus of the project (symbols, mimics, programs, Application Architect…).
