India: Joint letter to GANHRI on review of NHRCI’s accreditation status

Ahead of the fifth review of its accreditation status by the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) Sub-Committee on Accreditation (SCA), the undersigned organisations, including FIDH and OMCT within the framework of the Observatory for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders, addressed serious concerns regarding the functioning of the National Human Rights Commission of India (NHRCI).
