Autoneum sells remaining shares from rights offering

Autoneum Holding Ltd. announces that the remaining 18,312 new registered shares for which the subscription rights were not validly exercised during the subscription period were sold in the market at an average placement price of CHF 114.00 per share. With the completion of the capital increase, Autoneum will therefore receive net proceeds of approximately CHF 100 million.
