This appointment underscores Covisian’s commitment to excellence in customer experience and solidifies López’s role as a leader in the sector.

With over 35 years of industry experience in top-level positions, César López has successfully led numerous customer eXperience transformation initiatives. His addition as a member of CEX is a recognition of his vision, career, and leadership in implementing innovative strategies that have contributed to the sector’s evolution.

The Customer Experience Companies Association (CEX) brings together leading companies in the sector, aiming to promote best practices and contribute to the development of the customer experience ecosystem in Spain.
