Covisian Group, a global technology company specializing in innovative customer experience solutions, has announced the appointment of César López, President of Covisian in Spain and Latam, as a member of the Customer Experience Companies Association in Spain, (CEX). This appointment underscores Covisian’s commitment to excellence in customer experience and solidifies López’s role as a leader in the sector.
With over 35 years of industry experience in top-level positions, César López has successfully led numerous customer eXperience transformation initiatives. His addition as a member of CEX is a recognition of his vision, career, and leadership in implementing innovative strategies that have contributed to the sector’s evolution.
The Customer Experience Companies Association (CEX) brings together leading companies in the sector, aiming to promote best practices and contribute to the development of the customer experience ecosystem in Spain. As a new board member, César López will work closely with the rest of the Executive Board to foster greater innovation and technological integration in a sector that is key to the business fabric and society as a whole.
