Professor Simon Dolan has over 40 years of experience as a consultant in HR, cultural reengineering, stress management, leadership, and coaching. He is a renowned expert in his field, having published over 70 books in multiple languages, and is a highly sought-after speaker worldwide on topics related to values (particularly work-related values) and the future of work.
He co-founded ISSWOV (International Society for the Study of Work and Organizational Values) and served as an advisor to the European Employment Commissioner on the future of work in Europe by 2050. More recently, he co-founded the Global Future of Work Foundation.
Some of his best-selling books include Managing by Values (Palgrave MacMillan), Coaching by Values (iUniverse), and Leadership, Management, and Coaching by Values: The 10 Commandments for People Management in the 21st Century (Spanish edition).
