Colony Display LLC (“Colony”), a designer, manufacturer and installer of highly customized fixtures, exhibits and displays, announced the expansion of its leadership team with the hiring of Shawn Kahler as Chief Commercial Officer. Kahler brings more than 30 years of experience driving market expansion and profitable growth at both publicly traded and privately held companies.

A passionate leader, Kahler most recently served as Vice President of Vieler International LP, a U.S. division of Vieler International GmbH, where he led market expansion and new product penetration. He began his career as the sixth person at a startup German-licensee, which was ultimately retained through acquisition by a publicly traded company. Kahler also spent more than a decade at Madix, Inc., where he helped grow their global reputation and expanded business across major retailers. Under Kahler’s leadership, Madix was recognized by Inc. Magazine on their Fastest Growing Public Companies list.

Kahler is the newest addition to Colony’s growing leadership team. The company recently welcomed Bryan Cipolla as their Vice President of Human Resources. Cipolla brings nearly three decades of human resources experience, including most recently as the Director of Human Resources for Aptar, where he supported six US-based sites and approximately 900 worksite employees. His deep expertise, professionalism, and strategic perspective will inform Colony’s tactics and position the company for continued growth.
Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Bartlett, IL, the company boasts an expansive ~800,000 sq. ft. of production and warehouse space across its three Illinois locations in Bartlett, Batavia and Antioch.
