Accomplishments in 2024 include the following:

• A portfolio that tops 10,500 units across 37 communities, including three new deliveries.
• Continued expansion of its property management arm, JAG Management Company, to include nine new third-party assignments.

• The company grew to 215 associates.
• JAG teams volunteered 374 hours to give back to their local communities.
