The 16th GCC (National Italian Cuisine Competition) is underway!
The GCC is the most prestigious competition for Japanese professional chefs specializing in Italian cuisine, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan. A jury of renowned Italian chefs will evaluate the participants’ culinary creations through thrilling challenges leading up to the final in November. In the final, an epic battle will unfold between the two finalists, who will compete for the title of GCC 2025 Champion!
