Accelerating innovation: Dumarey Group unveils game-changing DEF System at COMVEC 2025
Detroit — 10 September 2025 — Dumarey Group is proud to announce its participation in COMVEC 2025, taking place from 16 to 18 September. This key industry event marks a strategic milestone for Dumarey, offering a platform to showcase its expanded capabilities and reinforce its presence in the North American market.
Following the recent acquisition of Dumarey USA, the Group will unveil a comprehensive portfolio of products and services tailored to the commercial vehicle sector. The goal: to elevate brand awareness and demonstrate Dumarey’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centric solutions.
The cutting-edge technology will be the Dumarey DEF System—a cost-efficient, flexible, and easy-to-integrate solution designed for all heavy duty transports. This state-of-the-art Urea injection system features advanced control strategies for precise reductant fluid dosing and SCR management, seamlessly integrated with the electronics of a compact Supply Module.
The Supply Module, developed by ActBlue France, incorporates Dumarey’s proprietary software, eliminating the need for external control units and simplifying integration. The system can operate as either a Dosing Control Module (managing DEF tank and injectors) or an SCR Dosing Control Module (handling SCR dosing calculations), and is capable of managing all DEF actuators—including coolant valves and line heaters—for maximum flexibility, even in complex SCR layouts.
A key innovation within the system is the Dumarey Reductant Delivery Units (RDUs)—up to two per system—featuring customizable spray patterns tailored to customer specifications for optimal Urea atomization.
