OHB Italia S.p.A. is looking for a passionate and skilled ELECTRONIC DESIGN ENGINEER to join our Electronic Architects Engineer unit in Milan, Rome or Turin, with an immediate start.
In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the Avionic and Electrical Power Subsystem architecture, contributing to the design and development of space electronic units throughout their entire lifecycle: from concept and feasibility to launch, LEOP, and in-orbit operations.
YOUR MAIN #RESPONSABILITIES
➡️ Design and develop complex electronic systems and schematics
➡️ Create and test electronic prototypes
➡️ Ensure compliance with ECSS standards
➡️ Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate components
➡️ Perform simulations, analyse test data and refine designs
➡️ Lead design reviews and ensure technical coherence across the project lifecycle.
YOUR #PROFILE
🔵 Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Physics
🔵 At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
🔵 Solid knowledge of MATLAB, OrCAD-SPICE, Mentor Layout Browser
🔵 Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
🔵 Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
🔵 Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
NICE-TO-HAVE
Experience with embedded systems, EMC, renewable energy technologies or professional memberships (e.g. IEEE) will be considered a plus.
